a minor set-back

At the time I am a bit sick, witch means that I can't work at as hard as I want to. I had to take a break thursday and friday last week as I try to relax... hopefully I will be better tomorrow and try to work my way out of this little cold that I got.. My nose is still running a bit, but I think I will be fine as I start next week.

And hopefully I will be able to post my first time and length. I got to test my self to see how far off I am from my goal...

updates

I am still working out every day for those that thought that this was just something that I would do for a long time.. It is good to see that I am getting stronger and better. I have to build up my muscles again, so that is what i am doing now.. It's hard, but I just got to push my self and try to get a bit better everyday... I keep my eyes on my goal and working step by step to get closer to it..If I will make it, I don't know, but I will be working towards it and try my best!!

Other than that I have just realized that this fall I got so much spare-time to just hang out! Its great! To balance both work and school i get a lot of extra time! And I got a lot of energy now, and that is good. I think its a mix between a healthy balance activities and rest. I am really strict with my self to get enough rest and gather more energy! So i just hope that this will last until next summer!! For the summer time is over here in Norway and the cold weather is back...

A new me...

As this fall started and inspried by OL I figured out that I wanted to test my self. How fast can I run 100m?? And how long can I jump.

Coming for half a year without working out this can be a lot of fun. I have started. I try to work out 5 of 7 days a week and every workout should be about 1,5 - 2 hours. I have made my own program and i can already see development. But how fast do I really run...I dont know. I gess I am in a really losy shape now, but as a goal i will start to compete next spring. Hopefully by then I will be running under 10,45 sek and do the long jump over 6,5 m.

I know this is not really impressive, but for me I am just trying out to see if I can run really fast...
